Rules for Press and Media

To create a safe space for all, journalists and photographers are expected to respect the privacy of participants and exhibit clear ethics when taking photographs or conducting interviews.

Participants and organizers reserve the right to deny access to media personnel.

Any conflicts or issues related to the media should be promptly addressed to the organizers or the communications department of Avannaata Kommunia for resolution.

Requests for interviews with specific participants or organizers should be submitted to the communication department in advance: info@avannaata.gl.

Staff in the communications department of Avannaata Kommunia will provide a detailed schedule for press handling and events.

All media must apply for accreditation before the event.

Access will not be permitted without valid accreditation.

Use of material: All press materials must be correctly credited, and quotations of statements should be in accordance with the provided guidelines.
